An interested person applying for the specification of an address indicated in the ownership/use evidence should submit this evidence to NAPR. An operator receiving an application fills out an electronic form of an application. An applicant should also have their ID with them. If NAPR does not have the sufficient data to specify the address indicated in the ownership/use evidence, a registering agency is authorized to ask for additional documents or information required to make a decision.

A number is given/changed if the immovable property has no number, the existing number has been repeated, the numbering order is incorrect, the immovable property was divided/united with another one or a wrong number was given to it. In order to improve addressing system, across the country NAPR checks the compliance of addresses with the requirements of the current laws in a systematic manner and corrects them if necessary.
Which agency is authorized to name unnamed streets or change street names?
