The National Agency of Public Registry under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia presented its digital projects at the United Nations Public Service Forum 2025. Kristine Kuprava, Deputy Chairperson of the National Agency of Public Registry, participated in the thematic sessions alongside representatives of the Ministry of Justice and its affiliated agencies.
Session participants were introduced in detail to the electronic minutes application implemented as part of the systematic land registration reform, which has significantly simplified the surveying process.
The discussion also covered the agency’s innovative digital project – the Smart Contract – which enables parties to remotely conclude immovable property transactions, pay the purchase price, and register property from anywhere in the world.
At the conclusion of the thematic session, the agency’s representative spoke about the activities carried out towards the creation of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) and the recent developments in information security.
