From January 1, 2025, a regulation will come into force that defines the rules for carrying out and documenting internal surveying works of buildings and structures.
A person performing surveying works is obliged to conduct internal measurements of a building/structure in accordance with a Government of Georgia decree.
The decree specifies in detail:
The obligations of the person performing internal surveying works;
The general technical requirements for preparing internal surveying drawings;
The format of the drawings;
The compliance between paper and digital versions of the drawings;
Detailed instructions for preparing both paper and digital versions.
