“Smart Contract” – A new innovative service of the National Agency of Public Registry

Through this new innovative service, a citizen of Georgia (compatriot) has sold an immovable property remotely from the Kingdom of Sweden, without the need for intermediaries or a power of attorney.

 

The payment of the purchase price and the registration of the property were carried out simultaneously via the Smart Contract.
