The National Agency of Public Registry, within the framework of public administration reform, has implemented the European quality management model – 'Common Assessment Framework (CAF)'
A working group of the 'Common Assessment Framework,' composed of employees from various levels of all structural units of the organization, assessed the activities of the Public Registry according to the criteria defined by the European quality management model and planned the activities to be implemented.
The goal of implementing the 'Common Assessment Framework' is to improve the quality of operations in the public sector. This mechanism enhances organizational planning and service delivery processes in state institutions. As a result, the quality and accessibility of state services increase, leading to higher levels of customer satisfaction.
The coordinator of the project is the LEPL - Public Service Development Agency. The project is being carried out with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland through UK Aid."
