From September 1, 2024, certification will be mandatory for the person performing cadastral planning/surveying works

From September 1, 2024, the regulation will come into effect, according to which the person performing cadastral planning/surveying work is obliged to prepare cadastral planning, to be submitted to the National Agency of Public Registry, in accordance with the procedure for performing and documenting the work defined by the decree of the Government of Georgia.
