Business entities whose registration suspended on April 1, 2026, may restore their status by bringing their registration data into compliance with the law until April 1, 2027

Authorized persons based on the relevant registration documentation, may apply to:

 

Following the suspension of registration, persons with representative authority of the business entity are restricted from exercising:

  • Representative authority

And the business entity is restricted from:

  • Updating its extract
  • Disposing of property
  • Participating in tax-related operations
  • Managing bank accounts;
  • Opening new bank accounts
  • Disposing of funds held in bank accounts
  • Obtaining loans

The requirement to bring registration data into compliance with the law does not apply to:

  • Individual Entrepreneurs
  • Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities
  • Branches of Foreign Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities
