The World Bank highly evaluates its cooperation with the National Agency of Public Registry under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia

Deputy Minister of Justice Lana Morgoshia held a working meeting with representatives of the World Bank. The parties discussed the progress of the World Bank-funded “Georgia Resilient, Agriculture, Irrigation, and Land (GRAIL)” project, specifically the component on “Improving Land Administration Services and Developing Digital Governance Infrastructure”, as well as the activities planned for 2026.

The Deputy Minister of Justice provided representatives of the financial institution with detailed information on the extensive work carried out by the Georgian side under the mentioned program.

The Representatives of the World Bank highly evaluated their cooperation with the NAPR, noting that the Agency serves as an exemplary institution in project management and innovative development. The meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the National Agency of Public Registry, Davit Devidze, and the manager of the “Georgia Resilient, Agriculture, Irrigation, and Land (GRAIL)” project, Elene Grigolia.

The World Bank delegation is visiting Georgia to assess the progress of the “Georgia Resilient, Agriculture, Irrigation, and Land (GRAIL)” project. During the visit, representatives of the financial institution also reviewed other innovations implemented at the NAPR, including the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) project, the multifunctional geoportal NSDI.GOV.GE, Smart Contract, and others.
