As part of the systematic land registration reform, data on cadastral works conducted on land plots located in the administrative units of Chikhi, Chali, Tskhomareti and Koreti of Sachkhere Municipality, the administrative units of Phuti, Shorapani, Sanakhshir and Pirveli Sviri of Zestaponi Municipality, the administrative units of Melekeduri, Makvaneti and Chanieti of Ozurgeti Municipality, and the administrative units of Jugaani and Dzveli Anagi of Sighnaghi Municipality were publicly published.
From February 14 to March 18, local residents of the aforementioned administrative units and interested persons have the opportunity to publicly review the results of planning works, registration documentation, decisions on registration of rights to measured plots, and cadastral maps.

If you do not agree with the results of the cadastral survey (land measurement), please contact us with a statement from February 14 to March 18, 4:00 PM. After the expiration of this period, the results will be considered approved by you.

The National Agency of Public Registry, in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 4 of Article 5 of the Law of Georgia On the Improvement of Cadastral Data and the Procedure for Systematic and Sporadic Registration of Rights to Land Plots, is implementing a systematic registration project in 59 municipalities determined by Order No. 798 of the Minister of Justice of December 31, 2021.
